Mary 'Bea' (Bealby) Lange

Mary "Bea" (Bealby) Lange, 84, Wichita Falls, Texas, formerly of Paradise, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at Royal Estates, Wichita Falls.

She was born Oct. 18, 1927, in Paradise to James A. and Mary V. (Booth) Bealby. She was a 1945 graduate of Paradise High School.

She married Melvin H. Lange on Dec. 21, 1946, in Robstown, Texas. He preceded her in death Jan. 11, 2005. She was a secretary for the Kansas State Department.

Survivors include a son, Arthur Lange, Marquette; two daughters, Dina Redmon and Audrey Bee, both of Wichita Falls; a brother, Steve Bealby, Kansas City; a grandchild; three step-granddaughters; and five step-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Mount Hermon Cemetery, rural Paradise; cremation has preceded the service, and inurnment of the cremains will follow the graveside service. A reception will be at Paradise United Methodist Church following the graveside service.

Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell, is in charge of arrangements.
