Misty Michelle Still, 52, died Tuesday, April 1, 2014, in Quinter.

She was born April 10, 1961, in Burlington, Colo., to Jerry and Kathy (Nelson) Still. She was a 1980 graduate of Goodland High School.

She married Chris Aughe on Sept. 11, 1980. She operated a day care center in Otis, Colo., for 22 years. In 2005, she returned to Kansas, and in 2007, she began working at Gove County Hospital.

Survivors include her fiance, Arnold Sauer; a son, Scott Aughe, Charlotte, N.C.; a daughter, Alisa Aughe, Denver; her mother, Kathy Sherlock; a brother, Randy Still and wife, Ann, San Antonio; two sisters, Marilyn Zollinger and husband, Bob, Ellinwood, and Lynn Ryan and husband, Jim, Burdett.

She was preceded in death by her father; her stepfather, Fred Sherlock; and her grandparents, Albert and Helen (Hayden) Nelson and Andrew and Lelah (Hawks) Still.

Private services have taken place, followed by cremation.
