Myra Ann Chrisler, 68, Natoma, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at Hays Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 13, 1945, in Salina to Arthur and Ruby (Zeigler) Pfortmiller. She was a 1963 graduate of Natoma High School.

She married Delmar Chrisler on June 1, 1963, in Natoma. She was a secretary and cook for USD 399 for many years.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, of the home; four daughters, Michele Meier and Kimberly Pfanenstiel, both of Victoria, Tammy Jo Chrisler, Natoma, and Brenda Miller, Austin, Texas; a brother, David Pfortmiller, Delta, Colo.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Peace Lutheran Church, Natoma; burial in Fairport Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, with family present to greet friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell.

Memorials are suggested to Peace Lutheran Church or Russell Public Library in care of the mortuary.
