Oliver Junior Lee

Oliver Junior Lee, 73, McCracken, died Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Rush County Memorial Hospital, La Crosse.

He was born June 29, 1939, in Cross City, Fla., to Oliver James and Rubbie (Futch) Lee.

He married Alice E. Bremer on June 7, 1961, in Rawlins, Wyo. She preceded him in death. He was a heavy-equipment operator during his working days.

Survivors include four sons, Oliver "James" Lee and wife, Jackie, Ellis, Lash Lee and wife, Anita, Panama City, Fla., George "Pat" Lee and wife, Mary, La Crosse, and Daniel "Blue" Lee, McCracken; a daughter, Alice "Sis" Smith, St. Edward; three brothers, Archie, Henry and Donald; five sisters, Barb, JoAnn, Ethel, Mae Ruth and Linda; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Robert E. Lee.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Keithley Funeral Chapel, 400 E. 17th, Ellis, KS 67637.

Memorials are suggested to Oliver Lee Memorial Fund to be designated at a later date.
