Orra Mae Lindberg, Greeley, Colo., formerly of WaKeeney, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012.

She was born in Grainfield to Elba and Jenny Brandenburg. She attended schools in Grainfield, Russell and graduated from Trego Community High School, WaKeeney.

She married Eldon Lindberg on Sept. 14, 1941. He preceded her in death Sept. 30, 1976. She worked for Glen Fowler Abstracting and for Henry Deines at his insurance agency.

Survivors include a daughter, Lajune Pearson, Greeley, Colo.; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Schmitt Funeral Home, WaKeeney; burial in WaKeeney City Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials are suggested to Front Range Hospice or First United Methodist Church, WaKeeney, in care of the funeral home.
