Patricia 'Patt' Felts

Patricia "Patt" Felts, 79, Phillipsburg, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013, at Phillips County Hospital, Phillipsburg.

She was born July 12, 1934, in Hays to Linus and Florence (Rupp) Basgall.

She worked as a clerk at Rankin Drug in Phillipsburg for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Tad, Phillipsburg; two sons, Gregg, Houston, and Marc, Junction City; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at SS Philip & James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg; burial in Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg.

Visitation will be until 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.

There will be a rosary service at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the family present to greet friends from 7 to 8 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to the church or Phillips County Retirement Center.
