Queenie L. Middleton
Queenie L. Middleton, 83, Goodland, died Monday, June 30, 2008, at Goodland Regional Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 4, 1924, in Topeka to John and Uella (Smith) Caldwell. She was a 1942 graduate of Fredonia High School and a graduate of Venus Beauty Academy, Wichita.
She married Ivan L. "Mike" Middleton on July 3, 1943, in Wichita. He preceded her in death June 24, 1987.
Survivors include a son, Robert A. "Bob" Middleton, Goodland; and a grandson.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Mountain time Thursday at the First Christian Church, Goodland; burial in Goodland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Mountain time today at Koons Chapel, Goodland.
Memorials are suggested to Good Samaritan Society-Sherman County in care of the funeral home.
