Reba Mae New, 92, Russell, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Wheatland Nursing Center, Russell.

She was born June 26, 1920, in Sallisaw, Okla., to Eli and Maggie C. (Saylors) Millikin. She was a 1939 graduate of Russell High School.

She married Vernon Frank New on Sept. 8, 1940, in Russell. He preceded her in death June 6, 2002. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Jimmy F. New, Russell; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Adams; and a granddaughter.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity United Methodist Church, Russell; inurnment of the cremains will take place in Russell City Cemetery following the church service.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, with family greeting friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell.

Memorials are suggested to Trinity United Methodist Church in care of the mortuary.
