Roland L. Graham, 75, Quinter, died Saturday, June 27, 2009, at Hays Medical Center.

He was born Nov. 11, 1933, in Quinter to Harry and Gladys (Bailey) Graham. He was a 1951 graduate of Quinter High School. He graduated from Denver Technical School.

He married Dorothy (Ross) Graham on June 6, 1964, in Short Hill, N.J. He was a farmer. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Tyler Graham, Wichita; a daughter, Amy Hendren, Piedmont, Okla.; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Baker Township Cemetery, Quinter.

Memorials are suggested to Quinter Ambulance Service or Quinter Historical Society in care of Schmitt Funeral Home, Quinter.
