Tamara Denise 'Tammy' Stephen

Tamara Denise "Tammy" Stephen, 54, Bogue, died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013, at her home.

She was born April 11, 1959, in Hays to Gerrell and Joyce (Mowry) Veatch.

She married Greg Stephen on July 22, 1977, in Hill City. He preceded her in death June 6, 1993. She was a cosmetologist.

Survivors include a son, Lyal Stephen, Greeley, Colo.; a daughter, Chelsey Stephen, Midland, Texas; her mother, Joyce Girot, Broken Arrow, Okla.; a brother, Mark Veatch, Broken Arrow; two sisters, Rocklyn Pimlott, and Brenda Dinkel, both of Hill City; and a grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at United Methodist Church, Bogue; burial in Wildhorse Township Cemetery, Bogue.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials are suggested to Shriners Children's Hospital, Graham County Tough Enough or the scholarship fund at Hays Academy of Hair Design, all in care of Stinemetz Funeral Home, Hill City.
