Thelma Charlene Rebarchek

Thelma Charlene Rebarchek, 79, Orion, died Saturday, March 1, 2014, at her home.

She was born Jan. 29, 1935, in Oakley to C.E. and Thelma (Stoecker) Bedrang.

She married Amil 'Wayne' Rebarchek on Dec. 13, 1953. He preceded her in death. She was a telephone operator before getting married, then worked at Logan County Hospital for 13 years and the grocery store in Oakley for eight years. She was a farm wife.

She enjoyed bowling.

Survivors include two sons, Darrell Rebarchek, Healy, and Earl Rebarchek and wife, Jenny, Orion; two daughters, Wanda Tidball and husband, Bill, Carbondale, and Virginia Baas and husband, Kyle, Alexandria, S.D.; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.

Memorials are suggested to Hospice Services in care of the mortuary.
