Thelma R. Bell, 100, Hill City, died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013, at Graham County Hospital, Hill City.

She was born March 6, 1913, in Penokee to Andrew H. and Ruth (Hatcher) Rutherford.

She married Lorris "Bud" Bell. He preceded her in death Nov. 18, 1964. She was a hotelier.

Survivors include two daughters-in-law, Anna Lea Bell, Medicine Lodge, and Alberta Pratt, Wichita; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Stinemetz Funeral Home, Hill City; burial in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Hill City.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials are suggested to Graham County Historical Society in care of the funeral home.
