Thomas Carl Munsch, 54, Gillette, Wyo., formerly of Hays, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010, at Campbell County Memorial Hospital, Gillette.

He was born Dec. 28, 1955, in Hays to Severin and Irene (Ruder) Munsch. He was a graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School and moved to Gillette five years ago.

He was a farmer and an oilfield worker.

Survivors include a brother, Steve Munsch, Phoenix; and four sisters, Rose Staab, Reno, Nev., Mary Knoll, Denver, Chris Munsch, Tyler, Texas, and Carla Pfortmiller, Lawrence.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 19 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hays; inurnment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hays.

Family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the church.

Memorials are suggested to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in care of Cline's Mortuary of Hays, 1919 E. 22nd, Hays, KS 67601.
