James F. "Jim" Ubelaker, 89, Osborne, died Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at Osborne County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct, 23, 1922, in Great Bend to Otto and Mabel (Travers) Ubelaker.
He was an assistant manager at Midway Co-op Mill, Osborne. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Helena (Boden) Ubelaker, Osborne; two sons, Doug Ubelaker and Ken Ubelaker, both of Osborne; two daughters, Sandy Smith, WaKeeney, and Judy Gasper, Tipton; a sister, Bonnie Sollner, Smith Center; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services were Tuesday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Osborne; burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Osborne.
Clark-Gashaw Mortuary, Osborne, is in charge of arrangements.
