Velma M. Smith, 93, Logan, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at Phillips County Retirement Center, Phillipsburg.
She was born Dec. 17, 1918, in Graham County to Lewis and Wilma (Siegrist) Smith.
She was a bank teller.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Logan United Methodist Church, Logan; burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Logan.
Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, both at Logan Funeral Home.
Memorials are suggested to Logan United Methodist Church or Logan Manor Assisted Living in care of the funeral home.
