Velma Mae Imel, 96, Hill City, died Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010, at Graham County Hospital, Hill City.
She was born Aug. 5, 1913, in rural Beloit to Frank and Bessie (Belden) Goble.
She married William Morris "Bill" Imel. He preceded her in death in 1964. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Imel, Paola, and Jack Imel, Shawnee; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be at a later date; creamtion has taken place.
Stinemetz Funeral Home, Hill City, is in charge of arrangements.
