Winifred Madeline Shindhelm
Winifred Madeline Shindhelm, 100, Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Russell, died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at University Village, Tulsa.
She was born Oct. 6, 1907, in Russell to Irving C. and Grace Slimmer Peake. She was a 1925 graduate of Russell High School.
She married Bryan W. Shindhelm on Oct. 6, 1926, in Russell. He preceded her in death May 6, 1959.
Survivors include a son, Robert Shindhelm, Tulsa; two granddaughters; and three great-granddaughters.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Russell City Cemetery.
