DERBY - Geneva Ruth Wittorff, 91, formerly of Inman, passed away July 21, 2017, at Glen Carr House, Derby. She was born July 15, 1926, in Manford, Oklahoma, the daughter of Nathan and Lou Clark Rhodes. A member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Inman, where she was involved with the Women's Fellowship, active in the church council and she was a member of the Eastern Star. She taught school for 28 years and started the Grandparent Program at Inman Grade School.

DERBY - Geneva Ruth Wittorff, 91, formerly of Inman, passed away July 21, 2017, at Glen Carr House, Derby. On June 4, 1950, she married Erwin Wittorff at Inman. He passed away on September 10, 2013. Survivors include: her children, Kevin (Janie) Wittorff of Augusta and Linda (John) Bode of Derby; a sister, Martha (George) Abel of Derby; three grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Anna Lou Ellis.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 27, 2017, at North Inman Cemetery, with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m., Thursday, at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Inman, with Reverend Dennis L. Ureche officiating. The family will greet friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Inman.
