Robert Dean Brown, 68, Victoria, formerly of Denver and Sharon Springs, died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, at his home.

He was born Dec. 1, 1948, in Ashland to John M. and Irene (Brown) Brown. He attended school at Brighton High School.

He married Lucy Ann Dinkel on Aug. 5, 1967, in Victoria. He was an auto body repairman, painter and mechanic.

He was a member of the Basilica of St. Fidelis, Victoria.

He enjoyed restoring and working on Mustangs, and his passion was building three-wheeled motorcycles.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Michael Brown and wife, Blythe, Victoria; three daughters, La Donna Braun and husband, Frederick, Bunker Hill, Kimberly Brown and companion, Kenneth Kuntzsch, Russell, and Bobbie Phlieger and husband, James, Plainville; a sister, Jean Thompson and husband, Phillip, Midwest City, Okla.; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Basilica of St. Fidelis, Victoria; burial in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, and from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday, both at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary, 412 Main, Victoria, KS 67671.

A vigil/rosary will be at 5:30 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.

Memorials are suggested to St. Fidelis Cemetery or Hospice of Hays Medical Center in care of the mortuary.
