Kimberly Ann Winder-Ellison, 46, Osawatomie, died Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, at her home.
She was born Aug. 27, 1971, in Osborne to Bruce Winder and Carol Werth.
She enjoyed her family and friends, and her children were her life. She was looking forward to traveling and exploring new places. Her second passion was her work as a nurse and she just accepted a promotion as director of nurses in Ottawa.
Survivors include her children, Michael Ellison, Kyle Ellison, Hunter Ellison and Harley Ellison, all of Osawatomie; her mother, Schoenchen; her father, Osborne; her siblings, Rebecca Mead, Russell, Bryan Werth, WaKeeney, Bruce Auer and Mona Legleiter, both of Hays, Amy Winder, Schoenchen, Krisda Winder and Jalea Winder, both of Joplin, Mo., Molly Werth, Schoenchen, and Brenna Trowbridge, Eudora; two grandchildren, Jaylnn and Bristol, both of Osawatomie; and a special friend, Mike Fields, Schoenchen.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ron Werth; a brother, Bruce Daniel Winder; and her grandparents.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Schoenchen; private family inurnment will be at a later date.
