Norman E. Greene, 88, Victoria, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, at Friendship Village Hospice Care, Tempe, Ariz. He was born Sept. 19, 1929, in Manhattan, N.Y., to Myron H. and Barbara I. Greene.
He married Edoline J. Martin on Nov. 30, 1957. He originally lived in Long Island, N.Y., married and raised his three children in Kansas City, and retired to Florida. His love for family and Kansas returned him to Victoria and then final residence in Scottsdale, Ariz.
He was a member of the Missouri Bar and practiced law in Kansas City, Mo. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include two sons, Andy Greene and wife, Maxine, Hays, and David Greene, Victoria; a daughter, Teresa Pavelonis and husband, Joel, Phoenix; a brother, Myron Greene, Overland Park; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Graveside celebration of life services will be at 1:45 p.m. Saturday in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria.
Visitation will be from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary, Victoria, 412 Main, Victoria, KS 67671.
