Margaret J. Thurlow, 96, Hill City, died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018, at Dawson Place, Hill City.
She was born Sept. 10, 1921, in Hoxie to David Alexander and Vena Blanche (Menefee) Gilchrist.
She married Raymond Thurlow on June 4, 1941, in Oberlin. He preceded her in death Dec. 4, 1993.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Thurlow, Bogue and Terry Thurlow, Russell; two daughters, Janet Wade, Medicine Lodge and Linda Fullen, Colorado Springs, Colo.; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Roger.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bogue United Methodist Church; burial in Hill City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday with family present to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stinemetz Funeral Home, Hill City and from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
An Eastern Star Committal Service will be at 7 p.m. Friday by Hill City Lodge No. 108 Order of Eastern Star.
Memorials are suggested to UMC Second Chances or Graham County Hospital Auxiliary, in care of the funeral home.
