Lois Marie Kellerman, 84, died Thursday, April 5, 2018, at CedarView Assisted Living, Hays.

She was born Aug. 2, 1933, near Logan to Frederick W. and Elizabeth (Vandervelde) Stutterheim. She was a graduate of Prairie View High School and attended Fort Hays State where she earned her teaching degree.

She married Norman L. Kellerman on April 23, 1955. They enjoyed 62 years of marriage and were business partners at Kellerman Garage through most of their married life. He preceded her in death. She taught school in Stuttgart and substituted in the area.

She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Stuttgart. She was active in the church choir and the Women of the Church group serving her parish and community.

Survivors include two sons, Tim Kellerman, Richmond, Mo., and Dan Kellerman, Lawrence; a daughter, Tammy Stecklein and husband, Rick, Hays; two brothers, Myron Stutterheim and wife, Norma and Robert Stutterheim and wife, Joyce; 11 grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren plus four on the way; and many family relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Lonnie. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Stuttgart.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Stuttgart; burial in Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Stuttgart.

Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday with family receiving friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m., both at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.

Memorials are suggested to Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in care of the funeral chapel.
