Kaye Maloy, 76, died Monday, April 30, 2018.

She was born April 11, 1942, in Talmage to Alfred and Bonnie Gibbs Koelling. She was a 1960 graduate of Chapman High School. She moved to Hays and attended Fort Hays State University.

She married Patrick Hines on Aug. 24, 1963. She later married John Maloy on June 11, 1989. He preceded her in death. In 1987, they moved to Phoenix, where she began her 30 year career at Banner Desert Hospital.

Survivors include a son, Corbin Hines and wife, Elizabeth, Tempe, Ariz.; two daughters, Dana Coberly, Clay Center, and Shari Kelso and husband, Eddy, Queen Creek, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren, Rachelle, Kyle, Shawn and Calla Coberly, all of Clay Center, Jordan Thompson, Lakewood, Colo., Logan Kelso and Ivan Cisneros, both of Queen Creek, Casey, Cayman and Jayce Hines, all of Tempe; three great-grandchildren, Murron, Soren, Killian and one on the way; and a multitude of friends.

She was preceded in death by his parents; and her stepfather, Ivan Steffen.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home, Clay Center; inurnment in Greenridge Cemetery, Industry. 

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m Friday at the funeral Home.
