Wiesner, Victor E., 87, went to be home with his Lord & Savior, June 27, 2018. He joined the Marines shortly after high school and served in the Korean War until 1954. After coming home from the war, he met his beloved wife, Carol and they were married for fifty-five years. Together they raised six children and had the largest hog farm operation in Western Kansas. He retired from farming in 1976 and when on to be a baker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Wiesner (Weber); parents, Peter Wiesner, Josephine Erbert; daughter , Theresa Wiesner; grandson, Brandon Wiesner. He is survived by his daughter, Mary Peterson (Don) of Bedford, TX, son, Ernie Wiesner (Gina) of Belle Plaine, KS, son, Darryl Wiesner (Sara) of Clearwater, KS, daughter, Elizabeth Barnett (John) of Goddard, KS and son, Theodore Wiesner of Wichita, KS, seventeen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren , one brother, and one sister. Visitation, Monday, July 2, 5 to 7 pm at Church of the Holy Spirit, Goddard, followed by rosary at 7:00. Mass will be Tuesday, July 3rd at 10 a.m.
