Bradley Kent Rogg , 68, Wichita, formerly of Russell, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Wichita.
He was born Nov. 18, 1949, in Russell to Everette and Jean Rogg. He graduated from high school in 1967.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1969 to 1971 during the Vietnam War. Following his honorable discharge he went on to become a heavy equipment operator for Snodgrass and Sons and then later Belles and Associates Construction for a total of 41 years.
Survivors include a brother, Alan Rogg, St Louis, Mo.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell. Military honors will be presented by the Russell Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 6240. Cremation has been selected by the family and service will conclude at the mortuary.
Family will greet guests from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the mortuary.
Memorials are suggested to the Wounded Warriors Project in care of the mortuary.
