Am I the only one or are there others of the same opinion as I that Eric Holder and "his" Justice Department is a "Just Us" Department? Obama and Holder brought their Chicago-style politics to D.C. with them. Let me pose a few items so you won't think I'm completely off the wall.

From the get-go, Holder has refused to enforce and uphold the Defense of Marriage Act.

Memory seems to say Clinton signed it into law. The executive branch is to implement and enforce the laws passed by the legislative branch. They can't pick and choose. Hence B.O. and Holder are violating their oath and the law.

Until Congress changes a law or the Supreme Court rules it unconstitutional, their duty is to enforce it. I see the court may rule on DOMA.

Yes, the court that is supreme only in their own minds.

They are trying to block Oklahoma, etc., from using Sharia law in our courts. Kansas will soon be next. Who but a Marxist or a Muslim would want Sharia (foreign law) to supersede U.S. and state law?

Holder is suing Florida, Texas, South Carolina, etc., to block their voter-ID laws. Voter-ID is an excellent tool to ensure honest elections; you need ID for most of your endeavors. Holder dismissed the clear criminal case against the new Black Panthers for armed voter intimidation in 2008.

Holder is clearly lying to Congress under oath about Fast and Furious and his running guns illegally to drug cartels in Mexico. Seventy-four percent of those guns are still unaccounted for. F&F was to be used to put new restriction/outlawing of our Second Amendment rights. An aside; voice support to your congress-critter for the Second Amendment Protection Act, HR 3594.

Holder's suing of the various states trying to stop or control illegal immigrations in their borders. Need I go on.

Rep. Boehner and his cohorts need to stand on their hind legs like men and impeach/indict Holder, etc.

For anyone interested, a good book is "Injustice: Exposing the Racial agenda of the Obama Justice Department," by J. Christian Adams. He was an agent there.

Speaking of books, indulge me a play on words. Four more years of B.O., and we'll all be reading "Nightmares of my Father." Also, we have the worst government the most money can buy.
