As Mr. Mike Leas complained about my short, simple letter starting that Barack Obama is probably not eligible to be president, I feel I need to clarify my stand -- as I'm sure he's not the only person that is ignorant or uninformed on the subject. Bear with me as I offer the following for their edification.

I had submitted previously three more detailed letters to HDN on this question of eligibilty. HDN saw fit to not print any of them. Protecting the "annointed one," I guess. I had much more info, Supreme Court case numbers, sources such as Dr. J. Corsi and others writing, etc. Hence the short fourth letter; surprised me it wasn't printed.

Mr. Leas needs to go back and reread my letter -- he missed the point. Leas belabored the "native-born" idea, i.e. B.O.'s mother was a U.S. citizen, etc.

I never said B.O. is not a citizen; I said "natural-born citizen" and that is the exact wording used in the Constitution as one of the requirements listed to be eligible for the office of president. There is a big difference between native-born and "natural-born citizen" as used in the Constitution. Pay attention now, as this is the crux of the question.

The Supreme Court has ruled three times through the years that "natural-born citizen" requires that both parents are U.S. citizens. For your elucidation, I repeat "both parents." Barack Obama Senior was never a U.S. citizen. He was a British subject as Kenya was a British protectorate and not a free state at that time. Hence, by law, B.O. Jr. is not qualified. I might add there are other ways he's not qualified. An aside here, B.O. Sr. was deported from the U.S.A. B.O. Jr. has an uncle currently in U.S. as an illegal alien; he was recently involved in a drunk-driving accident. Good people!

Let us explore further. Some evidence points to B.O. not being U.S. citizen at all. How so, Desbien?

B.O.'s stepfather adopted B.O. when young, hence the Barry Satero name. This adoption made him an automatic Indonesian citizen, and he lost his U.S. citizenship as U.S. law outlaws dual citizenship. B.O. attended Catholic grade school two to three years, and their records list him as Indonesian citizen -- likewise the government schools thereafter.

While a young man, B.O. traveled to Pakistan when it was illegal and impossible for U.S. citizens to go there. That means he had to go as an Indonesian and on their passport. No one has presented evidence that B.O. has attained U.S. citizenship again. A strange man! Is he the "stranger among you" the Bible prophesied thousands of years ago; the stranger that becomes "the head and you become the tail," etc.?

Mr. Leas, I have more info but that should be enough to yank your chain for a while. No, I still stand by my original contention, the Constitution and Supreme Court rulings that B.O. is an impostor and a usurper of the throne of the U.S.A.
