Solution to funding

A solution to increase funding for the VA is readily available. Federal employees owe a total of $3.3 billion in back taxes to the federal government.

As of Sept. 30, approximately 318,400 employees owed back taxes, or nearly $10,390 per employee. If I was President Barck Obama, I would start with employees of the executive office of the president, where 36 employees owe back taxes.
