Receiving great care

On March 19, our mother underwent gallbladder surgery at Hays Medical Center.

Although the surgery was successful, her 93-year-old body was not strong enough to recover and she passed away at the Hays Medical Center on March 29.

The purpose of this letter is to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to all the people at Hays Medical Center for the way in which our mother was cared for. All of the medical professionals on staff responded in a sincere and caring way.

A special word of thanks to the nursing staff who act as the catalyst for delivering the kind of health care our mother received. We are forever grateful.

Kent and Theresa Laas,

Pam and Norman Rein,

Hays
