I have known Dennis Pfannenstiel for a long time. He is a successful businessman and a proven leader. He has made commonsense decisions when serving our Ellis County Commission during his term in 2000 through 2008. And, if elected, he will do so again.
He will work for and with the citizens of Ellis County to save taxpayer dollars. His opponent. Barb Wasinger, if elected, will spend the hard-working taxpayer's money foolishly.
For example, her decision to support the downtown pavilion that would be built on railroad property, which isn't even city property. Why would we want to invest our money into railroad property? This is not using common sense. Some people may remember they tore down our beautiful railroad depot for safety reasons, and now Wasinger wants to put a pavilion in a similar location. Dennis Pfannenstiel has learned with hard work and listening to the Ellis County citizens; the right choices will be made -- commonsense choices.
Vote for the commonsense decision maker. Vote for Dennis Pfannenstiel on Nov. 6.
