Prairie chicken madness

I'm not sure how many landowners or farmers have heard about the assault on their rights as landowners and workers. The federal government, in the form of the Department of Wildlife and Parks division, has declared the lesser prairie chicken, that's the one with the little "1" on their chest, an endangered species. There also is the greater prairie chicken, the one with the "G" on its chest, which still is alright. There are certain counties in Kansas that have been designated as their habitats. One of the rules is you cannot start work until after 9 a.m. I understand the lesser prairie chicken has an alarm clock that goes off at 9 a.m. so they can get up.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen a dinosaur for quite some time. I wonder if they are extinct? The prairie chicken has just about as much value as the dinosaur.

You have got to be kidding me. Who runs this country, the prairie chicken or we the people? What group of five people came up with this idea? That's all it takes anymore to get anything done. If you get more then five people, the government gets confused.

The Independent Oil and Gas Association, the counties involved and the state of Kansas all are fighting this crazy law with our tax dollars. They shouldn't have to. We need to take our country back. We have a president who doesn't follow the law. Why should we? He won't even close the Southern border. The federal government was formed to protect this country, not to write laws like this. Last I checked, we still were a free country. If this keeps up, the land you own no longer will be yours.

It's time, we the people, take this country back. We've got so many crooks in this government, from IRS employees who don't even pay their taxes to VA hospital employees who cook the books to get bonuses, and spokespeople -- including the president -- who flat out lie to us. I'm getting tired of it. Do your damn job, or get out. First and foremost, we need a leader, someone who is willing to clean house. We're not going to get that with this guy, who just traded five terrorists for one, more than likely, trader. I guess, if you are uninformed, you would think you would be a hero. Can anyone tell me how this man's mind works? Obviously, not too well.

We need to stand up to these crazy regulations and refuse to listen to them. As long as we go along with this crap, things never will change. It's only going to get worse.

Victoria
