Dear readers: I have a bit of a spending problem. I've accumulated a credit card debt, because I've simply spent way more than I make. I know you're going to find this hard to believe, but now, not only does the credit card company want me to stop spending money I don't have, but they want me to reduce my spending.
You can rest assured that every dollar I've spent has been for a worthy cause. I've decided to take some of the decision-makers of the credit card company out for dinner. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to use some more credit card money to pay for this, because I'm taking them to a really nice place. I'm going to tell them that as long as they do exactly what I want them to do, I'm willing to cooperate.
