I wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to the patrons of Hays for electing me to the Hays USD 489 school board.

I am extremely honored my community has selected me to be a representative on the board of education. The task at hand comes with a high level of responsibility and requires hard work, and I welcome the challenge. Again, thank you all so very much.

I cannot express properly in words just how honored and proud I am to have been elected to serve my community in this manner.

Josh Waddell
