Extension program features real estate information

The Ellis County Extension will sponsor a free program on real estate at noon Tuesday at the Extension office meeting room, 601 Main.

The program will include information on reverse mortgages, housing financing, first-time homebuyer considerations and things to consider when selling or downsizing. Speakers include Ronan Sramek and Lisa Scheve of Sunflower Bank, Robert Readle of Heartland Realty, and Mike Downing of RE/MAX.

Participants should register by Friday at (785) 628-9430. Educational materials, refreshments and door prizes are included.
