Barton CC professor will exhibit at HAC

Barton Community College art instructor Steve Dudek received a cash prize at the 44th annual Smoky Hill Art Exhibition for his water color painting of a Japanese koi fish titled "Shirley's Koi."

The painting can be seen at Hays Arts Center, 112 E. 11th, as part of the Hays Art Council's Spring Gallery Walk from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday.

Also at the Spring Gallery Walk, for the first time the Hays Photography Club will have an exhibit. More than 100 photos have been submitted by club members and can be seen Friday evening at Goodwin Sporting Goods, 109 W. 11th.
