Berniece Heier, Grainfield, will celebrate her 80th birthday Thursday.
An open house/card shower will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Grainfield Opera House, hosted by her children. No gifts please.
Her children are David Heier, Ron Heier and wife, Patti, Mel Heier and wife, Catherine, and Larry Heier and wife, Marilyn; her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
