Hays USD 489 administrators Fred Kaufman, superintendent; Richard Cain, assistant superintendent of finance; Will Roth, deputy superintendent of curriculum; and Mark Hauptman, assistant superintendent of special services, have three-year contracts, which will extend through the 2012-13 year.
