Tiger women rally for 2OT win

WICHITA -- The Fort Hays State University women's soccer team rallied for a double overtime 3-2 victory Sunday against Newman University.
Trailing 2-0 to start the second half, the Tigers scored two goals in the second, then got the go-ahead in the 107th minute to move to 4-5-1. Newman fell to 2-4.
The Tigers had 24 shots in the match, compared to Newman's six.
Jordan Hester had the go-ahead goal, while Dani Harris scored on a penalty kick and Cenayda Guzman scored the tying goal from the top.
Dani Harris recorded the assist to Hester on the go-ahead goal.
The Tigers are on a three-game road swing in the MIAA this week. They travel to Topeka on Friday for a 4 p.m. start with Washburn University.
