Foundation adds four board members
Heartland Community Foundation last week announced the addition of four new volunteer board members.
Kaylene Brin, Hays attorney; Larry Dietz, president of TWI & Dietz of WaKeeney; Brandon Prough Sr., vice president at Bank of Hays, and Shae Veach, vice president for development at Hays Medical Center, have joined the board, according to Mendi Alexander, HCF board chairwoman.
"Those new board members will join our 10 current board members, and together we will work diligently at carrying out the foundation's mission of meeting charitable community needs through leadership, grants and donor services," Alexander added.
Heartland Community Foundation, founded in 2007, is a charitable, nonprofit organization that serves Rooks, Trego and Ellis counties. It is one of 10 foundations affiliated with the Greater Salina Community Foundation.
