Frederick Wayne Fielder, 83, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at Cloud County Health Center as a result of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, with family present from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
