Gisela Staab, 86, Ellis died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008, at Ellis Good Samaritan Center.

She was born May 6, 1922, in Romania to Johann and Anna (Kuffner) Fuchs.

She married Ludwig Staab. He preceded her in death. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabella, the Bukovina Society and the Red Hat Society.

Survivors include a son, Albert Staab, Wichita; four grandchildren, Carina Staab, Michael Staab, Karla Schuster and Lesa Goseland; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ludwig; two sons, Alfred Staab and Siegfried Lang; and a grandson, Siegfried Lang Jr.

Services were Saturday at St. Marys Catholic Church, Ellis; burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.
