Gove man hurt in two-vehicle crash
GOVE -- A Gove man was in fair condition Wednesday at Hays Medical Center after his pickup truck and another pickup collided at the intersection of two county roads about nine miles south of Gove.
Troy A. Charles, 40, was transferred to Hays Medical Center, where a family member said he was in fair condition after the 5:30 p.m. Tuesday collision.
According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Charles was driving north on Gove County Road 62 and William D. Albin, 46, Gove, was driving east on Gove County Road J when their trucks collided.
The report said Charles was wearing a seat belt, while Albin wasn't.
