Kenneth E. and Jane Lyons announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Theresa E. Lyons, to James M. Harbin, son of Ed and Cheryl Harbin, Hays.

The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Washburn University. She is a mental health specialist.
