Kenneth E. and Jane Lyons announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Theresa E. Lyons, to James M. Harbin, son of Ed Harbin, Hays, and Cheryl Harbin, Victoria.

The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Washburn University. She is a mental health specialist.

The prospective bridegroom is employed at Topeka Water District.
