Michael L. Mooney, 60, Agra, died Monday, May, 5, 2008, at his home.

He was born Aug. 31, 1947, in Phillipsburg to Leonard and Bonna Lee (Baughman) Mooney.

He married Elaine Sims on Dec. 8, 1968, in Phillipsburg. He was a rural mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons, Doug Molzahn, Agra, and Dan Molzahn, Smith Center; a daughter, Angel Miner, Agra; a sister, Teri Mooney, Phillipsburg; and 10 grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg; burial in Agra Cemetery, with military honors by the U.S. Navy and Agra American Legion.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, with family present from 7 to 8 p.m., both at the chapel.

Memorials are suggested to Hospice Services or The New People's Store, Agra, in care of the chapel.
