Phoenix R. Wise, 3, Stockton, died Thursday, July 22, 2010, at his home.

He was born April 4, 2007, in Hays to Brian and Nicole (Kraushaar) Wise.

Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Dakota "D.J." and Hunter; a sister, Nicole; his grandparents, Benny and Peggy Wise, Stockton, Keith and Rita Kraushaar, Riley, and Dave and Gina Riley, Plainville; and his great-grandparents, Alvin and Betty Schrandt, Plainville, and Nilwon and Donna Kraushaar, Frankfort.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Plainville.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at Kemp Family Funeral Chapel "Chapel on the Hill," 805 N. Cedar, Stockton, KS 67669.

A vigil will be at 7 p.m. today at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Stockton.

Memorials are suggested to Stockton EMS, Stockton Police Department, Sacred Heart Catholic Church or St. Thomas Catholic Church in care of the funeral chapel.
