The Better Business Bureau serving southeast, central and western Kansas is receiving numerous phone calls from consumers throughout the United States who have been receiving phone calls from a company called RC Properties or Resort Condos Properties.

The business calls the consumer to state they have someone interested in purchasing their time share. They pressure the consumer to act immediately for fear of losing the sale.

The business says it is located at 7104 Vine in Hays. The BBB office has placed numerous phone calls and left messages, which have not been returned. It also has spoken to the Hays Police Department, which is looking into the business.

The Better Business Bureau wants to warn consumers not to give out any personal information or turn over any documents until you thoroughly check out the business.
