WICHITA -- The Hays High School wrestling team finished third at the Campus High School Dual Wrestling Tournament on Saturday.

The Indians went 2-2 and had champions in two weight classes.

Junior Preston Weigel, 195 pounds, and senior LeRoy Franco (160), won their weight classes with 4-0 records.

Senior Jake Sedbrook, 145 pounds; senior Kyler Meyers, 170 pounds; sophomore Ethan Deterding, 182 pounds; and junior Vincent Scott, 285 pounds; finished second at 3-1.

Freshman Nathan LaPorte (2-2) was third at 106 pounds, and freshman Ross Hattan (3-1) was third at 113 pounds. Senior Cade Albert (2-2) finished third at 138 pounds, and junior Kiowa Higdon (2-2) was third at 160 pounds.
