OSBORNE, KS (July 26)--Three faces returned to victory during the second and final night of racing action at Osborne (KS) Speedway during the Osborne County fair on Monday evening, July 26.

In the IMCA Modified feature, Jordan Grabouski of Beatrice, NE, again dominated the field as he led all 20 laps for his second win in as many nights. The final caution waved on lap 14, and 'Smokin' Joe Cleveland tried to make a pass in turn 2 on the restart but could not hold the momentum and had to chase 'Garbo' to the finish line. Corey Lagroon finished third, followed by Marty Clark and 'Dynamite' Dylan Sherfick. Grabouski and Cleveland won the two heat races.

Josh Hudson of Kensington also returned to the winner's circle in the IMCA Stock Car feature, but it was not easy by any means. Pat Bedore led the first 2 laps before Adam Balthazor took the lead on lap 3. Balthazor led at the halfway mark in the 15-lap race, but was challenged heavily by Bedore, Hudson, and heat race winners Terry Cunningham and Jay Hachmeister. On lap 10, Cunningham dove to the bottom to take over the lead, but 2 laps later Hudson took the top spot. Hudson held on for the win with Cunningham glued to his back bumper. Balthazor, Bedore and Hachmeister rounded out a close top five.

Hometown driver Shaylon Holloway led the first 5 laps of the IMCA Northern Sport Mod feature, but Belleville's Tyler Frye worked his way to the front on lap 6 and held the field at bay the remaining distance to score back to back wins. Shaylon Holloway finished in the runner-up spot, trailed by Jason Nelssen, heat two winner Tracy Holloway, and Wade Wagenblast. Mathew Crowell was victorious in the other heat race.

Rhett 'The Rocket' Kingsbury led all 15 laps in the IMCA Hobby Stock feature. Kingsbury held off several challengers in a caution plagued race to score his first win of the season. G.W. 'Cheeseburger' Fuller, Colton Claussen, Jerry Hudson and Jacob Williams completed the top five. Heat race winners were Cody Graham and Michael Lauber.
